1. The AikoVibe Aesthetic & Intellectual Property Stock availability is curated and can change instantly. The AikoVibe™ name, logo, clothing designs, website layout, and overall curated aesthetics are the exclusive intellectual property of the brand. All rights are strictly reserved. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use of our designs or brand identity will invite immediate civil injunctions and criminal proceedings for copyright and trademark infringement.

2. Brand Protection & Anti-Defamation We respect constructive feedback, but malicious attempts to defame, falsely accuse, or run targeted smear campaigns against AikoVibe on social media or public platforms will not be tolerated. Strict legal action will be initiated against any individual or entity making derogatory or false claims, under Section 356 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) [formerly Section 499 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC)].

3. Protection of Privacy (Anti-Doxing & Harassment) The privacy and safety of our founders, team members, and customers are paramount. Any attempt to extract, leak, or misuse personal/private information (doxing), or any targeted harassment or threats directed at the brand's personnel, will be met with severe consequences. Criminal complaints will be registered for criminal intimidation and harassment under Section 351 of the BNS [formerly Section 503 and 506 of the IPC], read alongside relevant provisions of the Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000.

4. Exclusive Jurisdiction By accessing this website and purchasing our drops, you agree that in the event of any legal disputes, grievances, or litigations, they will fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gohana, Sonipat, Haryana.
